UV services are available to over-18’s only. Under 18’s are not permitted to purchase UV packages or minutes online and will not be permitted to use UV services in-store.

PROMOTIONS

UV services available to over-18’s only. Voucher courses and promotions are available in participating stores. Memberships and Walk In prices are not included in offers unless stated otherwise. REFUNDS

Refunds are only available for medical conditions upon receipt of a valid medical certificate. All requests must be in writing or via e-mail to the customer services e-mail address below

CLIENT LOTION STORAGE

Please note that the customer lotion storage facility is provided as a gesture of goodwill and we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any losses whatsoever.

We respectfully request that clients do not use Tingle or Oil based lotions when using our Lay-down sunbeds,

DAMAGE/LOSS OF CLIENT PROPERTY

Please note that Tanspa cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to clients property whilst on the premises.

CHANGES TO PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Clients are required to inform the Tanspa immediately of any change in circumstances that affect their eligibility to use UV or Spray Tanning equipment.

CHANGES TO CLIENTS ACCOUNTS

Please note that any changes to clients accounts can be made either via email to info@tanspa.co.uk or through the online My Account section.

EXPIRATION OF MINUTES AND SESSIONS

Please note that all minutes and sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

APPOINTMENTS

Due to the popularity of some equipment, should you not arrive for your appointment on time, priority will be granted to the next client in the queue/walk-in session. We will however endeavour to accommodate you in the next available slot or on alternative equipment.

TRANSFER OF MINUTES

Requests to transfer minutes to an alternative store must be made in writing via email to customer services. Alternatively, please ask a member of staff.

SMS OFFERS

Not in conjunction with any other offer. Offer not valid on unlimited memberships.

FACEBOOK COMPETITIONS

Facebook competitions are ran across both shops unless stated it is store specific. All winners will be contacted via Facebook.

LEAFLET AND PROMOTIONS

Unless stated otherwise, the duration of leaflets or offline promotions/discounts is 12 months.
